Fresh ingredients to have your choice of salad either hot or cold. My choices are cold ingredients but some items are cooked. The base of the salad can be half vegetables and carbo Lim or cold ramen or soba. So it can be a complete meal by itself. Yummy yummy yum yum.
It's a good meal to have after too much eating and drinking the night before. Fresh vegetables with perfectly grilled chicken.
Very fresh greens with really good olive oil. The olives are not too salty making the salad an excellent starter.
Here you can choose the type of vege, nuts etc including the sauce to make your own salad. Very healthy dish.
A very refreshing mixture of green apple, capsicum, cucumber, celery & bitter gourd. A very good starter.
The Parma ham goes very well with the pineapple and wild rocket.
The salad is fresh and the anchovies are well pickled not too salty.
