Ravioli with taro (yam) fillings, topped with generous black truffle, brown butter and salted egg yolk. You couldn’t feel it this could be so good and yet vegan.

Salmorejo soup (tomato based cold soup) with burrata cheese and jamón ice-cream. Yes cold soup is not everyone’s cup of tea (or bowl of soup, for that matter). The flavor of this dish so intriguing I really would give up a tapas (only if I really need to) to have this.

One of the best paella packed with a really robust prawn flavour, from this easily overlooked restaurant that is clearly embodies espanyol cuisine at its best.

Unusual combination of seafood and meat in this tapas of clear minimalistic la blanc appeal. The sliced pork collar are grilled to golden crisp perfection. The razor clams are succulent and relatively meaty, served with the creamy cauliflower purée.

My first time trying a canelon, although I know this is a Spanish classic enjoyed around the Christmas festivity. The pulled oxtail ragout stuffed in the silk thin canelon is beefy and robust in flavours. Never expected the canelon to be that thin, which is refine version I guess. The fava beans and mushroom are certainly befitting accompaniment. Overall I still would prefer a little more saltiness in this dish but it might be my tastebuds going haywire after my Black King Nagi ramen lunch.

Aged beef tartare on grilled bone marrow. What a deadly combination! Love their presentation and the texture of the dish. The bone marrow is insanely fatty and substantial - chunky chunks of artery choking bone marrow that dissolves onto the toast. Certainly high quality in terms of the ingredients but the flavours, in my opinion, are lacking especially that I expect my tapas to be more savoury and heavier in flavours.

Can't seems to have enough of hummus these days. Before I know it the nice bite size pita quarters cleanly sweeped up the smooth creamy plate of hummus & za'atar in no time!
