Fiery Latin America

I'd expect a little warmth on the tortillas. Sadly, it wasn't. The chicken was grilled with a little charred pieces, making it meatier but since the vegetables counter the taste, the meat and sauce should have been packed with more flavor.

For the hungry, growing kids out there. Rice, beans, chips, salsas and sauces, plus a chunk of pork carnitas.

First of all, timing in bringing out this order sucked. The ribs could have been more tender. It wasn't my favorite from Silantro.

Shredded chicken filled dipped tortilla with Mexican rice. Needs more cheese. :-)

I would have thought the tortilla would be crispier. The filling drenched the tortilla in no time. But, it was filling. And had a lot of meat. Looking for more Mexican spice.

Slow-roasted pork belly with crunchy skin, roasted seasonal vegetables, rice and beans. The pork was good. The skin was indeed cruchy-licious. The rice though can be better. It was a bit bland.
