Love coffee? Of course you do, and this is your chance to drink as many coffees as you humanly can. For every coffee sold on December 2nd, Kith Cafe will donate $1 to Singapore Cancer Society. Help them to reach their target by ordering a coffee at any of their 3 outlets (Park Mall, Robetson Quay and Sentosa Cove). Do something nice for your colleagues and pick up some coffee before work, or swing by for a mid-day perk-me-up together!
*For every coffee sold at any outlet on 2 Dec, Kith Café will donate $1 to Singapore Cancer Society.
From 12th November, Gyoza King and Tori King outlets will be donating $1 from each sale of their famous Green Tea Cola, but best of all - they're inviting the children of The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund (SPMF) to have ramen on #GivingTuesday! To do your part, simply tuck into a piping hot bowl of Tori King ramen with a juicy grilled chicken drumstick (you know you want to), and wash it down with an ice-cold Green Tea Cola. You might even get to dine alongside the very kids you're helping!
*Starting from 12 November, $1 from each sale of Green Tea Cola at both Gyoza King & Tori King outlets will be donated to the SPMF. Children from SPMF will be invited to all Tori King & Gyoza King outlets to have ramen on #GivingTuesday!
If you enjoy local delights and lazing around in a seriously chilled out spot (with an old-school VW thrown in for good measure), make December 2nd the day you head down to Kombi Rocks in Yio Chu Kang. Tuck into their signature Kailan with Taukee and some homemade Barley, and Kombi Rocks will contribute to Chen Su Lan Methodist Children's Home for disadvantaged kids. It'll be the perfect way to chill your day away, and watch a lovely sunset.
*On 2 Dec, order Kombi Rock's Signature Kailan with taukee and home-made barley to contribute towards Chen Su Lan Methodist Children's Home.
Need a reason to order a bottle (or two) of sake with your Japanese feast? Here's one - IKYU will be donating all nett sales from their beverage collection to Rainbow Centre and Bone Marrow Donor Programme. Dig into their bara chirashi, a wagyu fillet, and their to-die-for shochu cheesecake for a superb meal. Wash it all down with your choice of sake, and have a meaningful meal with your best friends.
*On 2 Dec, proceeds from any drink you order from IKYU's beverage collection will go to Rainbow Centre and the Bone Marrow Donor Programme.
If you already love Carpenter & Cook, you'll be happy to know they'll be selling limited edition #GivingTuesday cookies on December 2nd. All proceeds from these cookies will go to the Yellow Ribbon Fund, providing re-integration programs for ex-offenders and social support services for their families. Imagine - all you need to do is buy as many cookies as you can! Give them away as Christmas gifts for your colleagues, or keep them as guilt-free snacks. Go on, eat to give someone a better life!
*On 2 Dec, proceeds from the sales of Carpenter and Cook's limited edition #GivingTuesday cookies will go to the Yellow Ribbon Fund.
Tuck into a crispy duck confit sitting on a bed of silky mash, or melt-in-your-mouth pork belly with onsen egg. Make your way down to this humble coffeeshop in Bukit Merah Lane 1 if you haven't tried this rather affordable French fare! On December 2nd, Immanuel French Kitchen will be donating to Chen Su Lan Methodist Children's Home, where needy and disadvantaged children are provided loving, Christian nurture. Simply do your part by eating as much as you can!
*On 2 Dec, dine at Immanuel French Kitchen and contribute to Chen Su Lan Methodist Children's Home.
Smack in the heart of Orchard is Seasons Bistro, a casual New American gastropub that serves a seasonally-changing menu. Tuck into dishes like Fish Tacos, Meatloaf and Maple Pumpkin Cheesecake for a relaxing after-work dinner. On December 2nd, Seasons Bistro will be donating 10% of their proceeds to Willing Hearts. For foodies, this is a particularly meaningful charity to contribute to - the Willing Hearts soup kitchen provides 3,000 meals daily to the needy in Singapore. The more you feast, the more Seasons will give, and the more mouths Willing Hearts will be able to feed.
*On 2 Dec, Seasons Bistro will donate 10% of their proceeds to Willing Hearts.
