Gluten-free, sugar-free, flour-less strawberry mousse and chocolate torte. Strawberry mousse wasn't too spectacular, a little plain imo; but chocolate torte was decadent smooth dark chocolate in every mouthful. Would probably satisfy every choc addict craving less the frills. Didn't like the base of the cakes though, found it too dry and grainy; a normal crumbed base would have made this a lot more satisfying, but then again it wouldn't be the ultimate guilt-free indulgence anymore. At $2.80 a square, it's pretty affordable for the health-conscious looking to spice up a monotonous diet.
Delicious dessert to chase away a midday headache. Just the right amount of lightness and subtle white chocolate flaky goodness 👍
