This was one hell of a meat 🍖 serving. Beef was tasty and tender, seasoned just right. Lived that they weren't shy on the broccoli. Needed more gravy though to cover for both the roast and potatoes.

Grade 9 wagyu rib eye served in a hot stone, cooks right in front of you. I prefer medium rare as this is the most beautiful piece of meat I have ever tasted, tender and meaty that it's best eaten on its own.

Comes in two sizes. I got the mini. USDA Choice Angus Ribeye. I love steak. I asked for medium rare, this came as a medium well though.

Tender, roasted beef belly topped with a sweet, tangy barbecue sauce. Perfect with dirty rice.

Fork-tender beef belly. Served with almond pilaf rice and a creamy horseradish sauce.

The ribs were fork tender, but I would have preferred the marinade to have gone all the way. Wouldn't have minded more veggies too.
