Ginataan is one of my all-time favorite Filipino desserts, along with the more famed Halo-halo. Today, I didn't expect the making of it coming - maybe because of the scorching hot weather. I don't care if it's hot outside; all I care is that I get to eat it big time. Time to chow it down.
