These little biscuits with the colourful frosting on top are what we used to munch on as kids in singapore! Reminiscing the times when things were good and simple :)
Hiroshima oysters cloaked in panko and deep-fried to a gorgeous golden-brown hue. Each is tucked under a different sauce - (clockwise from bottom right) sesame, mayonnaise, spicy Korean, wasabi mayo, and spicy Sichuan. My fave? The robust sesame.
Always good to end the meal on a light and sweet note.
