One of the best I've tried! Fried egg and quite a lot of veggies:)

It's the only reason I go to Tampines these days. You can tell that the soup has been brewed, unlike some stores that boil it on the spot. Fresh crispy anchovies!

Back at one of my favourite ban mian places. It's been years since I had this:) The soup has become less salty, which is a good thing. Texture of the noodles are chewy, anchovies always fresh and crunchy. Sweet potato leaves are used, unlike the common chyesim. Gotta have that traditional authentic feeling when you have this. Sauce is not too strong nor too light. The soup options are great as well! (I used to eat it with maggi mee at least once a week, when my office was near)
