Läderach Chocolatier Suisse (Jewel Changi Airport)

This special Valentine’s Day Gift Set by @laderach_singapore is a real treat! Not only does the beautiful blonde wooden box contain a dozen large Swiss Miss Strawberries, but also a heap of large 56% dark chocolate buttons. Meant to be melted into a thick silky liquid for dipping the fruit in, these are essentially the same chocolate used in most of #Laderach’s hugely popular dark chocolate #frischschoggi variants. And just like wine, chocolate too possesses tasting notes. In this, you can expect to encounter hints of plums, berries and bananas on your palate as you bite into the juicy strawberry.

Oh this was lovely. The orange was quite distinct and very pleasant. Didn’t notice the almonds much, prob cos they were slivers rather than whole. A terrific pc of refreshingly citrusy choc.

I mostly tasted dark choc more than the blackberry. The fruit was in crystal form and very subtle. Very sophisticated taste.

Crushed raspberries and fruity blackberries in white choc. This was lovely. Fruity and more sour than the other chocs. I liked this very much. The white choc was very milky. The beautiful pink color made me very happy just looking at it. But I could only eat a little at a time, cos it was too sweet for me.

This is a seasonal special so get it while they still have stock now. Crunchy hazelnut biscuit bits and shaved hazelnuts in Swiss milk choc. The cookie bits were not really small, they were quite a good size. Milk choc was really sweet. Overall too sweet for me.
