Labmade Flavours of the week (7 Apr to 27 Apr) — Coconut Pandan Cake (HK$46) & Mango Passion Fruit Creamy Greek Yogurt (HK$41).
The Coconut Pandan Cake was creamy with subtle frangrance of pandan & coconut. The desiccated coconut topping added texture to the ice-cream. However, we prefer the Mango Passion Fruit Creamy Greek Yogurt. Very refreshing! Perfect for hot weather!

This is just everything – this melty blend of liquid nitrogen-frozen Aussie and Italian cheeses set in a crisp, crumbly, buttery tart shell, then sprinkled with sugar and torched to achieve a thin, crackly caramelised top.
Best thing I've had in Hong Kong so far.
I ALWAYS have room for sweets, especially ice cream! Whenever I'm in HK, I'm always curious about the new flavors (flavors change every 2 weeks) that Lab Made are offering ever since the first time I had their French toast flavor.
Thai Mango and Coconut Rice (HKD 44) - Lab Made had always done an awesome job in replicating the flavor. It had an intense coconut flavor with coconut bits, topped with mangoes and sauce over it. Love the thickness and its usual smooth creamy consistency. Even though the evening was chilly in HK, the joy of consuming such a wonderfully mixed ice cream is enough to warm you.
Good morning! Allow me to finish posting yesterday's food! 9th stop:
[ICED GRILL-A-CORN HKD44 ↝ S$7.60] - super in love with this savoury nitrogen ice cream, they added lots of Calbee's corn so there's a crunch! And also lucky us to catch this flavour on its last day 17th Dec 2014!
Lab Made apple crumble ice cream frozen at -196 degrees by liquid nitrogen. Gimmicky stuff at HK$44 (!) but it's creamy & smooth.
White chocolate icecream with almonds and coconut and a "wicked witch" finger biscuit, taste wise, it's probably not worth what I paid but visually it is a fun treat for Halloween
