OUT-OF-THE-WORLD TIRAMISU! This tiramisu changed my perception of the classic coffee liquor dessert (what’s with the “sponge fingers soaked in coffee liquor, layered with cream and cocoa powder” I see everywhere else?!) apologies for the yellowish hue cos the restaurant’s lighting is a romantic yellow and all pics turned out this way. Enveloped under the generous spread of cream (?) are probably finger-like sponges infused with liquor (a lot stronger than most versions) AND some crispy wafer layer which makes a world’s diff against all other renditions of tiramisu. It’s topped w a lot a lot of cocoa powder too. It’s highly additive!!! I haven’t been able to taste anything close to similar since. ☹️
