OUT-OF-THE-WORLD TIRAMISU! This tiramisu changed my perception of the classic coffee liquor dessert (whatâs with the âsponge fingers soaked in coffee liquor, layered with cream and cocoa powderâ I see everywhere else?!) apologies for the yellowish hue cos the restaurantâs lighting is a romantic yellow and all pics turned out this way. Enveloped under the generous spread of cream (?) are probably finger-like sponges infused with liquor (a lot stronger than most versions) AND some crispy wafer layer which makes a worldâs diff against all other renditions of tiramisu. Itâs topped w a lot a lot of cocoa powder too. Itâs highly additive!!! I havenât been able to taste anything close to similar since. âšď¸
