Simply one of the best carrot cakes I had so far. The mascarpone cheese was elegant and rich, and every other ingredient was balanced in flavour so as to not overwhelm each other. Everything comes together in harmony and perfection, it leaves everyone yearning for more!
These may look somewhat like Macarons, but actually are a traditional dessert that originates from Australia named Yo-Yo. Basically a butter cookie with cream cheese frosting, they are bite-sized but simply addictive. Best part of all? This is just one of the only handful of cafes that serves this rarely-found dessert.
Subtle taste of pine nuts that are finely mashed without grittiness plus a hint of sweetness from the honey. Tasted similar to mooncake. Outstanding!
