Juicy guo tie always! Xiao long bao was a bit of let down as the meat is mushy... but rest of the food is good, also had the boiled dumplings which is quite nice. The service here is very good too.
Good light crispy exterior that was free of any greasy taste, the inside filled with smooth red bean fillings that were not so sweet in a good way. So good, this non-red bean lover had 2 (or 3?) pieces of this treat! (Or I was just really hungry).
Crispy, but uber moist and soft on the inside. This pizza is worth every ounce of oil used to fry that crispy exterior. The pork and chives combo is well season, so juicy that you need to be careful when taking the 1st bite. A dash of vinegar and ginger, and that bite just seal the deal!
Little golden potstickers, stuffed to the max with juicy mince and chives, pan-fried to a perfect crisp. The skin's thin, light, and surprisingly grease-free. Dunk that into some strong black vinegar, and top it with loads of shredded ginger: 😋😋😋
Dubbed the Chinese 🍕, it's essentially a flaky, buttery pastry, filled with flavourful, juicy mince and lots of chives. Aside from how plain delish this is (not that anyone could ignore that), I really liked that it wasn't oily, and didn't leave any unpleasant residual greasy mouthfeel. The initial silence, and sighs of approval that ensued, was a huge clue as to how much we all loved it.
Made extraordinary by the "bo-iing bo-iing" mochi spread within, I adored every bite of this oil-free, lightly-crunchy red bean pancake. Coming from someone who prefers her "chendol" without red beans, that's saying a lot.
