Getting here early is essential to scoring a seat as it fills up pretty fast. Enjoy a night of grilling ribeye, pork belly, lamb and vegetables over a traditional charcoal grill, and knock a few cold beers back to cool off. It gets a little pricey if you want to really fill your belly, and dinner can take a few hours so don't come here for a quick meal.
