Not only did this bowl of special ramen have a rich pork-based broth, it also came with a hefty helping of minced pork in spicy bean paste. The half of an egg (too bad it wasn't a whole) was decent but the slices of chashu stole the show as they're thick, extremely tender and delicious. With Beijing's cool autumn weather, this really hit the spot for me.
