The combination of IPPUDO’s signature Tonkotsu, and No Signboard Seafood’s homemade chilli crab sauce made for an explosion of umami. Topped off with a crab claw, half an onsen egg, shredded black fungus, spring onions and the mandatory fried mantou, this is one dish worth the calories.
