Treasures Signature Noodle with Pig's Trotter, Beef Brisket, Wonton and Shrimp Dumpling (Dry)

柱侯牛腩麵 | 香菇燒賣皇 | 黑金流沙包
Set Menu: Beef Brisket Noodles, Steamed Pork & Shrimp Dumpling 'Siew Mai', Steamed Salted Egg Yolk Black Custard Bun

Another staple in our dimsum meals. The pork is done very nicely, and I’m not sure how to describe it so just go try it for urself haha :p I have a weak spot for these kinds of youtiaos which are super fried and so crunchy! -W

The salted egg filling in the lsb was savoury but not too cloying; imperial’s version of lsb is quite up there to me. In terms of the filling of the csb, if I were to compare to timhowan’s baked csb, this would have lost. But still enjoyable. THE MLG!! was a surprise find!! Light, fluffy, and had a pleasant mild sweet taste (like molasses). I love it, it will be added into the staples list :) -W

This is the thicker skin (haha) version of the usual chee cheong fun with charsiew/prawn inside, similar to those that you find in hawker centres. Was okay, think I liked it better the first time I tried it (a few months ago). -W

Congee and noodles are 2 main comfort food for me. And the congee here is one of the better tasting ones. Every time I have an urge for some Chinese comfort food, I come here for their congee. Not too thin and great tasting congee.
