Enjoy dining without burning a hole in your pocket, no membership required
Woke up at 4am, second in line at 5:30am. Because we were the first batch to dine there that day and there wasn't too many people yet, we were able to experience IHoP food at its best. None of the food complaints we've been reading about in other reviews :) This hashbrown was a winner!
