Nothing beats a strawberry Mochii ever since we get hooked on one in Japan. Surprise to find this in Hong Kong. Not bad at all. Love the texture chewy yet soft. This one can’t even encapsulate the whole strawberry.
5 munchies: Tastes as stunning as it looks, the Sawatari Tea Daifuku Parfait was by far the best dessert I've had out of all my visits to Hong Kong. Topped with high-quality, Koji-imported azuki and chewy daifuku with matcha filling, the Sawatari tea-flavoured soft serve was ultra smooth and creamy with strong matcha bitterness. I also loved how the refreshing matcha jelly bites at the bottom balanced the richness on top.
I'd suggest die-hard matcha lovers to get this earlier in the day as the daifuku is only limited to 100 pieces a day.
