Sharing some snippets from my Teochew reunion dinner last night. We had dinner at Hung Kang, a Teochew restaurant along North Canal Road. Have a great time visiting this new year! 🐶
Yum. I loved that the suckling pig was crisp yet not too tough nor oily. There was some meat underneath which was great and it wasn't fattening too. My fav dish though, would have to be the scallop braised chicken with garlic and 3-layered pork. Yum
But we forgot to take a group picture and a picture of the highlight dish aka long beans with olives!!!! 😭
