patty was good- chunky and done medium rare as requested. all the rest was bad. fries- fat, cold and and bland. egg- yolk hard and dry. bacon- chewy and hard. yawn....
they didn't charge us for it but still. and silly boy server actually explained that truffle oil was supposed to be sour. ok whatever.
Having Hummerstons Breakfast at 9pm 😭😅 so hungry!!! Yay but HAPPY TGIFFF EVERYONEEE 🙆😌🎉 marks the end of my school week!!!
A bit of a let down, was too wet. However, overall filled the tummy and made a good start to the day.
Poached eggs were done close to perfection :) price a little on the high side especially for the big breakfast ($22) but overall it was an enjoyable brunch!

The pattie is juicy and the ingredients feel fresh. The bun is a bit underwhelming. Size is just right, not too big. $13 is a bit high for this quality though.
The only decent thing we had at Hummerstons were fries with rosemary sea salt and parmesan truffle essence. The pancakes were dry and heavy, the coffee was Abysmal even though they purportedly use Papa Palheta's Terra Firma beans. We took a sip of the long black and flat white and pushed the cups away.
The Hangover Poutine. 1/3 of beauty of poutine (and I LOVE poutine) comes from the fries. It was not $15 worth of fries in that plate!!! 1/3 fail. 2/3 tasty goodness!
