[CLOSED] Hooah CAFE

Decided to try this relatively new place at SMU basement. Curry tasted a little diluted and chicken was dry.

It was really flavourful and cooked just to the right degree. I also enjoyed the teriyaki chicken which had minimal amount of skin and fats which is what i prefer.
However, the chicken was a tad dry and the rice was a little too moist and mushy for my liking.

Foodwise, you can't expect much in terms of quality but its good enough for a quick filling meal that is relatively tasty. Was quite pleasantly surprised because i was not expecting the dish to come with an egg😊 There was enough sauce drizzled which made the dish flavourful and prevented it from being dry.

I must say that the ordering system here is a tad confusing though. Each dish on the menu has their individual number code and every customer is given an ice cream stick with the code on it and you are supposed to collect when the number is called, but it resulted in many mix-ups as to who had the priority to collect the dish first 😂
