Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart (Parkway Parade)

I’d say go for the cheese tarts, nothing impressive about the ice cream.

Having had this, Pablo's and Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory's versions of the Cream Cheese Soft Serve, I actually thought this was the best of the three — while the first spoonful still reveals the same sweetness as the other two, the savoury cheese starts to get more prominent with every spoonful; a very subtle hint that doesn't throw one off guard considering how it just continues to build up. That being said, it does seem that only selected outlets carry the soft-serve; pretty sure the outlets nearest to me do not seem to carry it.

My tarts were from the Parkway Parade outlet instead. I had them confused with BAKE cheese tarts initially. They're not the same. Despite the name, this joint is opened by home grown brand Secret Recipe and BAKE cheese tarts is the real deal.

I ordered original, durian and choco almond (at least that's what I thought I heard). They were all yummy but I felt original was the best.
