This pancake as compared to the other pancakes that I've tried, this is slightly thicker than the usual. I expected it to be spicy due to the kimchi, but it wasn't :( but overall, they are pretty generous with their sotongs and seafood:) so not too bad for $14.
This was the kovan outlet near my house but I can't seem to find it here. Food at Hansik restaurant is always consistently good and I esp love the lunch sets which come w free flow banchan!! at really affordable prices too!! I've been going w my family since young n seen how theyve really grown from a much smaller and less crowded space and I think they rlly deserve the love!!
Hansik Korean family restaurant sits just above McDonalds in Queensway shopping centre. This place is rather huge which translates to an abundance of seats and much less a queue. Their ala carte menu is more on the pricey side. However, they do have a lunch menu which goes easy on the pocket. Ever since I came back from summer school in Korea, I've been trying to find a rabokki (ramyun noodles with the famous rice cakes) that could momentarily bring me back to the days of huddling in a neighborhood eatery in Seoul. Rabokki is like the ultimate carbo-heavy comfort food. I would say this version was rather satisfying and super duper filling! Would have loved it more if the gravy was spicier. Nonetheless, this would probably be the place to satisfy my rabokki fix till I fly off to the land of kimchi again.
