35% hunger, 15% curiosity and 50% greed led me to order this - don't think it's anywhere near as good as Stateland Cafe's in Singapore, but oh well, a holiday is all about indulgence and trying whatever I want, right? 😉
Couldn't help scrunching my face in delight (wanted to squeal, but I'm alone and don't want to come across as a lunatic) when I took my first mouthful of that Belgian waffle - so light and crispy on the surface, yet soft and plush inside.
Was looking for a cosy spot to have lunch and chill with my tablet, and I happened on this gem of a cafe hidden at the end of a slip of an alley in the maze of shops and eateries that the Ewha Women's Univ. shopping district is. From what I can gather, the menu serves a variety of coffee blends (including Luwak coffee), handmade chocolates and waffles. I ordered a waffle, and the buttery aroma wafting from the kitchen is making me salivate.
