Hamamas Coffee

Lovely cup of joe from coffee roaster, Hamamas Cafe, which specialises in coffee beans from Papua New Guinea. It was a darker roast with chocolate undertones, the way I like it. Despite being on the Tanjong Katong food street, this low key cafe decorated with art work from PNG doesn’t seem to be on the radar of the usual cafe-hopping set due to a lack of social media presence. I tried the croissant from its small menu and it was delicious.

What an apt name for this foamy goodness in a cup (earl grey tea with vanilla syrup) This milky fragrant cuppa was exactly what I needed on a slow rainy day.

Sometimes you need to feel bad in order to appreciate all the goodness in the world. Sometimes we need to experience something that went wrong, to then be happy about where you are, what you have and who are the ones beside you. Ohmmmmm.

It was very, very difficult to wake up earlier today. My body is aching, my head is whirling, and I was ravenous. Wish I could have slept a bit more but the alarm had sounded twice by then and I had to get ready for work. Well, work literally starts the moment you check your emails anyway and not when you step into office. Sometimes a work call happens at 9am too and you're like......... Ohhhhmmmmmmm 😴😴😴😎😎😎
