The beef is served fried on the outside and medium rare with pink in the centre, after which you can grill them to your desired doneness. It comes in a set which includes potato salad, cabbage, barley rice, miso soup and condiments.

After the queue [yes, there will be a queue, so brace yourself] you'll be served a plate of gyukatsu, fish roe, sauce and a hotplate for you to grill your meat to your liking. Yes the beef slices are served rare and you get to decide which doneness level u prefer. Now I don't eat raw meat, so i grilled mine till it's cooked, yet it was still ssoo tender and so good.

Too bad we don't have time for another round of this, but yes, this was really very good! This restaurant only have 1 main thing on the menu [Gyukatsu], it's just the matter of size and whether or not you want grated yam on your rice.
