Amongst the numerous vegetarian places in fortune centre, I love the thosai here! Whenever I crave thosai I will pop by for their $6 thosai.. never tried the tea or lassi here before
[Not on burpple] a very nice place for your vegetarian cravings
Tasty hearty portion of dum briyani, curried vegan meat inside, $8 a plate & side serving of curry.
Flavourful and really satisfying!
Masala tea, $2.50, to add the aromatic experience.
Two balls of Gula Jamun to finish this lovely meal as dessert.
WOW! What an incredible experience. For this kind of flavour in a vegetarian setting is only really possible in Little India.
While the restaurant serves traditional North and South Indian fare, it offers a l bridge across the wide gamut of Asian geology.
The coconut base was brilliantly set with a little bit of spicy sauce on the side to augment great quotient when necessary. The Vietnamese basil (maybe Thai) and emments of cucumber blew fresh things in my ear when necessary. Overall brilliant in every sense of the word. I'm glad the enthusiastic and lovely staff recommended this dish.
As a lifelong veggie, one type of soya chunk was a bit alien to me, but a teeny tiny completely irrelevant journey that this dish held my hand through.
Full marks!!
Price SGD8.5
This one is more of a chinese style fried rice with slight differences in condiments to the kampung one. The fried rice flavor itself, i prefer the Kampung Fried rice 3.5/5
Go here a bit past 12 and most of time is packed. Serve vegetarian foods from mostly asian cuisines (indian, chicken rice, etc), although not the healthiest i think.
Kampoeng fried rice (7)-generous portion, has a spicy kick to it. Sambal is good, need more of ot. Screaming for a sunny side up ,this dish. Quite nice 3.75/5
