The rockmelon is not as sweet as the persimmon, this one is slightly sour. But they use condensed milk at the bottom, which is almost unfair because it adds so much milky flavour and balances out the sweetness
Condensed milk is OP, after swirling it's again unbelievably good
Dear god. Probably the best persimmon used here to produce the sweetest, thickest persimmon puree
Unbelievable. It's as good as it gets. They are very particular about the quality of the fruit, they only offer this 3 times a year
