Nestled within Jen Tanglin, J65’s SEA-rious buffet dinner (available daily) is a superb deal for seafood lovers. Think lobster laksas, chilli crab, made-to-order oyster omelette and more. The good thing is, you can always make for the salad station to help you feel better about the blowout. If it’s time to treat the fam, you know where to be.

For something that’s not your run-of-the-mill buffet line, this unassuming Jalan Besar joint does a quality Okonomiyaki Buffet ($48)! The price comes with their speciality okonomiyaki made fresh at your table, seafood teppanyaki and all the appetisers you can eat — perfect for small group gatherings.

K.Cook Korean BBQ & Steamboat Buffet

Don’t look past this no-frills chain restaurant when it comes to buffet choices — this is a real fest for meat lovers. Have your run at their unlimited and well-marinated meats, from beef ribeye to pork belly. And if you need a break from meats, there are also cooked dishes like japchae and Korean pancakes to fill you up. There is a two-hour dining limit, so pace yourselves!

TungLok’s under-the-radar dim sum buffet (with free-flow sashimi!) is a unique find for a fun, offbeat meal with the family. There’s something for everyone, from fresh, thick cuts of sashimi to comforting dim sum for the folks and salted egg yolk snacks to munch on between plates.
