Except for MO Auspicious Fan Yee Sang, which is priced at RM1,000+ for full portion, all selections are priced between RM168-260+ for half portion and RM336-520+ for full portion.

Tao's Lou Sang platter, which is available for takeaway until February 15, starts at RM98 (half portion) and includes a selection of fish and seafood, including Star Jelly with Chia Seeds, Salmon, Marinated Shredded Sea Cucumber with Vinegar Dressing, Soft Shell Crab with Passion Fruit Sauce, and Whole Abalone.

The St Regis Kuala Lumpur's Prosperity Yee Sang recipe has been passed down from generation to generation in the hotel's owning family, Puan Sri Sharon Chua's ancestral kitchen. It's made with a base of finely chopped and sliced fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as your choice of nuts, seeds, sauce, and seafood toppings. For abalone and crispy soft shell crab Lou Sang the price is RM268+ (M) and RM498+ (L). For Salmon and Jelly fish lou sang the price is at RM168+ (M) and RM298+ (L). Meanwhile there is a vegetarian option lou sang that is RM138+ (M) and RM228+(L)

Table and Apron's 15-ingredient Lou Sang, which includes smoked salmon from its Augustine Smokery, fried yam, peanut crumbs, pomegranate, papaya, and a variety of vegetables topped with house-made plum sauce and cherry jam, ushers in a year of abundance, prosperity, and vigour.
