Classic Hokkien Mee [$5.50] and Tom Yum Fried Rice [$5] and my friend and I shared a plate of Fried Youtiao and Wantons [$6]!Super yummy and satisfying meal and the entire lot was below $20! Who says you can't eat cheap at Orchard Road? Stalls is located at Far East Plaza (cheap Orchard food heaven hint hint) on level 5 so go check them out the next time you're in town 😛 .
