Joined the queue with getting their kway chap in mind, but I quickly got distracted by the bowls of noodles and plates of rice the stall owner kept churning out. Went with this set meal instead - duck rice with tau kwa and egg, plus a bowl of lightly peppered herbal soup. Thought the rice was a little more pale brown but it was surprisingly flavourful, especially with its duck sauce. Meat was tender and moist. Haven’t had duck rice in a while but I enjoyed this! The normal duck rice is at $3 but the 50 cents top up was worth it.
