This is a classic, cannot-go-wrong kind of ramen. If you are not as adventurous as me, go for this option! The tonkotsu broth was creamy and flavourful, definitely the first thing that attracted me to this dish🀣 The thinly-sliced belly chashu makes it easier to chew and pairs really well with the broth! Also, one thing I always look out for in a bowl of ramen is the quality of the eggs. These hanjuku eggs are so soft that you can slurp it up in one goπŸ˜‹
