Savoury satisfaction is the mildly grainy gravy, fusing with the strong aroma from copious chopped garlic — which I thought could do better with less. Pull in a piece of the generous grilled chicken thigh and it's a bite into juicy tenderness, a balancing taste of spice marinade. I scraped my plate clean. Griddy just has me greedy.
