checking out Singapore's first outer space-themed resturant specialising in Sichuan cuisine @ChefChina. The entire restaurant is decorated with space-themed elements, from backlit LED display with a galaxy-themed backdrop, to an astronaut statue you can snap photos with. The menu highlights authentic Sichuan cuisine not commonly found in Singapore such as Griddle Duck Feet, Stir-fry Spicy Bullfrog With Clam, Dahua Fat Intestine. Some of the food presentations are absolutely stunning too!

what I tried,

Assorted Skewers
• Grilled Chicken
• Beef Tendon
• Grilled Pork Belly
The skewers are grilled to perfection and I am impress by how the meat retain its tenderness. They are well marinated and spiced. Usually skewers can be heavily spiced, but here at @chef they manage to balance between the meat original flavours and the spice rub. The amount of meat on a stick here also makes it super value for money!

Fish to go with Green Pepper Soup.
The portion of the fish comes with thick cuts of sliced fish served with enoki mushrooms and tomatoes on top of dry ice which create 2-3 minutes of fog effect for the glam effect. The quality of the fish is superb. Very fresh.

@chefchina certainly boasts of an out-of-this-world dining experience.
