So much memories, first time I had it in 3 years and still as good.
Minced meat noodles were really flavourful, kangkong with fermented beancurd sauce was as delicious as it was before. Broth was clean as ever and fish paste was springy(usually comes w a mixed of fried and non fried items)
P.S. So there's a trick to eating this as the sauce is q strong, have to carefully dig out the parts below without sauce and eat w the top. A lot of people mix it when they realise the sauce is v strong, without realising the water underneath resulting in the sauce being way too diluted.
