Never really been to Dazzling Café despite all the hype, cause the massive dose of whipped cream always scared me. Having tried it yesterday though I'm pleasantly surprised! Their Hazelnut Toast (one of their bestsellers) saw cubes of buttered toasted bread stuffed with a dollop of chocolate spread, then topped with ice cream drenched in a torrent of luscious smooth cream. The cream isn't as gross as it sounds, instead complementing the ice cream and the crisp toast pretty well.
