I wished there was a section to indicate I want my beef medium rare. The dice cut Australian tenderloin came overcooked, too tough and had a beefy taste that no sauce could cover. I didn't like the sauce that came with the bowl, so I tried miso tare, spicy miso, garlic miso and yuzu pepper. I liked the last one, but too bad it doesn't go well with beef.
The sliced pork belly with garlic miso should be a better (if not cheaper) bet. And so the lunch curse of the week continues....
