Sizzling hot slab of chicken on a hot plate with splashes of juice bouncing up into the air. The grilled chicken is juicy, has a smoky flavor and 'Chow Ta' (charred) grill marks underneath it, which I personally like. This dish is served with a simple piece of salmon (they ran out of salmon hence Dory🐠 was sacrificed here) and fresh vegetables. I recommend their black pepper gravy, but if you have a low tolerance to spicy food, opt for their mushroom sauce. Get the gravy pouring and eat your heart out.
