Sad to say that this bowl is not legendary at all. Taste pretty much like a normal gyudon. The aburi wagyu tataki beef taste was delicious maybe due to chef's unique teriyaki sauce but had like a well-done texture with a little more tenderness. The instant disappointment is real. Foie Gras was great, sinful and fatty as it should be. Served upon koshihikari rice with deep-fried garlic chips, sous vide egg, nori, pickles and radish.
Set comes with salmon sashimi, miso soup, salad of the day & dessert of the day.
