The first stall that caught our eye was none other than @thetipsytavern.sg . We got their 𝘼𝙣𝙮 3 𝙏𝙖𝙘𝙤𝙨 ($16) comprising the vibrant 𝘾𝙖𝙟𝙪𝙣 𝙎𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙥 taco that featured fresh bouncy shrimp 🦐 served atop a bed of purple cabbage slaw 🥬. The slaw went really well to add crunch & spice!

Their 𝙋𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙋𝙤𝙧𝙠 taco topped with mango salsa 🥭 and sour cream was a stunner too. The pork 🐷 was so soft and infused with so much flavour! Don’t overlook the salsa though, it cleverly balanced out this savoury taco by adding some tropical sour notes.
