I was also impressed with the 𝗣𝗶𝗴 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 ($5.90), which the staff warned contained more bones than meat. Scraping the meat and tendon off the bones was surprisingly enjoyable. I felt like a lion on National Geographic.
