Pluses: double (!!!) medium-rare Angus chuck patties which were properly gamy without being tough, oozing with American cheddar and bedecked with onion strips caramelised in red wine. Could be better: greasiness, and doughy buns. I wish they tasted less like cheap Gardenia rolls.
