So what started off as just an innocent Pokémon Raid at MacRitchie culminated into a full 3-hour hike across the nature reserve this afternoon. We entered along Upper Thomson Road at the east, went north-west through the Tree Top Walk, then across the MacRitchie Reservoir and exited along Lornie Road. And that was after a 2-way walk this morning through the Botanic Gardens (the Gallop Extension is up!). Perhaps we were subconsciously guilty of all the food we had been having over the weekend? 😏

Swipe ⬅️ for pictures of our hike. Felt really blessed by the overall cooling (though rather humid) weather. Ooh, so of course we deserved our ice cream after that! The Himalayas Salt Lemon Sherbet is a limited edition and he liked the contrasting sour and salty flavours.
