MENTAIKO & POTATO PIZZA ($16)

With a crust only thin enough to be an appetiser, this doesn’t really represent what a “thin-crusted pizza” should look like.

If praise had to be given, the blankets of mentaiko (barely) hiding the seemingly oxidised potato slices weren’t too creamy nor ‘fishy’.

I’d say the odd chemistry of these elements somehow worked but was hard-carried by this pop of colour.
