An explosive eruption of decadent flavours in one’s mouth. I wrapped it up like a Spring Roll and popped it in my mouth. What followed was a cadence of fatty richness, beefy fragrance, Uni sweetness, Truffle aroma and ultimately a luxurious umami. I am spoilt by @chef_kazu_hamamoto . @kishosg #burpple
