After watching sethlui’s video on how this restaurant operates (double conveyer belt system, nigiri making machine), the bf clamoured to come here to try out this kaiten sushi restaurant. This salmon belly was fatty and not the most thick but not super thin either. With the torched till melty and oozy cheese, the entire mouth was even more smooth and decadent.

Pro tip: Get this instead of the normal salmon belly! Somehow the salmon belly here was a bit fatter and thicker
