The oyster omelette must be by far the best in Singapore. The all-on-one-plate dishes (like pork chop rice, curry chicken rice) are reasonably priced. The à la carte dishes tend to be expensive. Either the organisation is terribly inefficient, or the (very nice) staff overworked, because the wait at Maddie’s can be maddeningly long, between 15 min and one hour!
